Obvious planned obsolescence in SumUp…
Obvious planned obsolescence in SumUp terminals. We have bought 4 SumUP Solo terminals and 3 of them became defective while sitting on a shelf for 2 months. No solution offered by SumUp other than you'll have to buy new ones as they are out of warrantee. Apparently you have to keep charging them periodically or they become defective... As you can see from their response, they don't listen to their clients or read comments and also do not want to admit that the security function is also ...
