Transfer missing, agents keep cutting you off on chat
Another negative review and seems like by the things have been going, I will have to be writing a new one every week! Just had a transfer made to me - instant transfer. The person who sent the money is a regular and funds always appear in my account immediately. Not this time! Contacted chat and 1) apparently it takes 2-3 business Days for INSTANT transfer to come in suddenly and 2) once again agent just closes the chat without any solution 3) started a new chat and got the same agent, he ...

Complicated with no help from support
I am tech savy but I have currently spent nearly 5 hours setting up an account. It is the most complicated process I have ever known; system bugs combined with support staff who do not have a clue and just advise to 'keep waiting'. I just want a card reader! 1. 'Failed pre authorisation' on the phone call despite there being no authorisation questions before being transferred to an agent. 2.
