Okay until something goes wrong

Okay until something goes wrong, and then you're subjected to some of the worst customer service you'll ever experience. In short, nobody cares about trying to resolve your problem, they say they'll do something and then don't. I have been left with a faulty SOLO machine over one of my busiest trading weekends. Customer service were hopeless and couldn't rectify the problem, so sent a referral to their technical team who are now sending emails asking for information that has already been ...
