Considering moving to a different provider

UPD - got a new more human reply and hope to resolve the issue asap. Will update the review once done. Same organisation, changed the person responsible for SumUp machines and got blocked as they need to verify the organisation from scratch. Passport IDs vanished, so far to the data protection. And zero customer care - same replies as to provide 5 different documents which we need to create ourselves (no guidance on the text). An absolute disgrace day one.

Thank you for coming to my store

Thank you for coming to my store. Mahcine broken, but Adam was able to replace for a new one. Really nice for my business to have Mr Adam as manager
