Terrible practices
Terrible practices, I have been a long time customer and use several of their machines. Felt the need to return 1 today and it turns out their "30 Day Money Back Guarantee" is a total sham. Be careful, buy via ebay never directly from them, use a credit card so you can claim a charge back via your credit card provider as Sum Up will do everything in their power to shaft you. Or consider a competitor, always better looked after elsewhere.
