My money is being held hostage

I've been using sum-up for 9 months and no issues. Now all of a sudden I'm getting interrogated on my transactions whilst my money is being held hostage. I earn an honest living as a driving instructor so always have people transfer money over. I have enough stresses in my life and I don't have time to go back and fourth with some AI robot. Never using again, they will hold your money hostage. DO NOT USE!

Unfair fee policy

Not all customers have the same % commission fee. Old customers can’t benefit from the update of lower commissions. That’s completely unfair. There’s many companies out there with much lower fees . Even many banks offers the same service so there’s no point in continuing using SumUp
