Dreadful support and lack of organisation
Card reader keeps declining most (but not all payments). Contacting support all you get is a prewritten statement saying "your account is not verified" so it can't accept payments nor can they make any to me but I've been with sumup for two years and suddenly this has become an issue. Support is a waste of time because there isn't any A severe whiff of 'Horizon' surrounds the whole thing 'It must be you because our software is perfect'.

Waited 2 Weeks for 'Verification' On A 1 Year Old Account. Terminated Without Warning
I loved the simplicity of my SumUp equipment and account until recently.... I was recently contacted by SumUp to request 'additional information' to verify an account I have held for almost a year - which seemed strange as nothing had changed. The email had gone straight to junk so I only found this out because my account had been suspended and I had contacted support to find out why. called today as I've been waiting for 3…
called today as I've been waiting for 3 weeks for a response after my card was cloned (Again) for the representative to hang up my call because I asked him to refer to the situation as theft and not just loosing money like he suggested. This is not a company to trust with your money.
