Be careful when using Sumup
Be careful when using Sumup. The customer can ask the bank to refund the payment on the grounds that the transaction is not theirs and Sumup is willing to deduct money from your account to reimburse the customer's bank. For small businesses that don't use bill payments, using Sumup is a way to eliminate cash. sumup requires too much paperwork for you to get your money back while the other customer can just say they can't verify the other transaction and they can get their money back easily. ...
