Company isn’t vigilant with checking…
Company isn’t vigilant with checking new account applications. One was opened fraudulently with my details and I had to create an account with them to get them to close the account. Their contact phone number is not found easily on their website and support is not provided with fluent speakers. Fraud is not dealt with urgency.

Bad experience. On 4 occasions yesterday whilst using…
On 4 occasions yesterday whilst using our sumup air reader as a customer was about to make payment, an advertisement to install gpay popped up, resulting in failed transactions, customers having to wait so we could process the order again. This is unacceptable and as a result we have to change to tuza or square. Never had this problem previously, but yesterday, 4 times it happened.
