We have been trying to purchase three POS terminals from SumUp now for nearly a month. However, despite having an account already it requires us to Verify our Identity. Whenever we try this it fails with an error. Live chat said it was a second level issue and so logged a ticket. We've had multiple responses back all saying 'fixed' or 'use live chat' however none of them actually are! We are still not able to use the service, register or give money.
