Utterly useless customer service.
I have been trying to re-register my card reader for over a month now. I originally used it for a different business and then needed to reset it. Sumup never sent the email requesting customer information so 10 days were wasted. Then after I rang them to ask what was going on they sent me the questions they needed answers on. Since completing their KYC requests I heard nothing. I have called them three times stating it was urgent and that I needed to use the card reader but I get the same ...
