I am not a sumup customer but have received a card in my name and posted to my address.I have contacted customer services via phone yesterday morning to inform them that someone has opened and account using my identity.I was told to send an email with pictures of the card and envelope.Since then i have heard nothing back.I am very alarmed that sumup have allowed someone to set up an account in my name with no id.What is more upsetting is the complete silence and lack of help from them since ...

Good and easy to work sum up . Only thing is payments could be paid out faster .
