Been sent a master card to my address…
Been sent a master card to my address with my full name and details on. I’ve never signed up or heard of this company. Either someone is trying to scam me or Sum up is a bad actor. Tried to contact them and they never got back to me

Poor customer service
Poor customer service. I tried ordering a new reader, their website stalled on the payment (ironic since this company is centered around payments), tried on a different browser, same issue, was "chatting" online to one of their chat people and 2 receipts came through. I asked them to cancel one - they can't; need to reject the package which we can't as there won't be anyone at home. I'm told to email the company which I do and the response is in French, and answering one of three questions ...
