Meeting face to face with Aadam from Sum up
Meeting face to face with Aadam today . I will definitely stay with Sum up now. Before meeting Aadam I had many doubts as I felt that Sum up was becoming another established company that forgot to communicate with their clients / customers. Confident now I have someone who understands my needs, works with me and ready to help when needed . Top rate customer service .

What a shame
What a shame, I loved this company, but they have recently blocked my sum up solo, a couple of weeks after the warranty ended, and are now saying they cannot replace it, even though they have rendered it unusable from their end. Total cheat. It cost me £80 and I only used it twice last summer. All I did was turn it on. It happened at an event too so very almost totally messed up one of the biggest weekends for my business.
