They are holding a payout of almost £2k…
They are holding a payout of almost £2k from me. They say its above the payment limit link. They never told me this when signing up. This has caused me no end of mental health issues. I'm going to close my account after this transaction.

Test refunds work as expected, mine don't!
I have been testing their devices, and my bank statement shows a totally different SumUp customer's business address details when refunding a transaction! Customer Support can't understand the issue, so they do not know how to resolve it.

Cant log in
I hadn't used Sumup for 6 months. When I tried to use it it would not accept my login information. I called many times. After waiting they said email them. I see no way to contact them. Terrible customer service.
