What do you like best? Sumologic helps us keep track of all production and qa logs that we need. It's as fast as it gets and hustle free. What do you dislike? Too many options to serach logs and the UX is not friendly the first time you use it, you have to get used to it in order to use it properly. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Any type of bugs in QA or production can be solved here.

What do you like best? The best part is about accessing and filtering logs with quires What do you dislike? I do not think, as I remember, Sumo Logic works well with things that don't generate as a 'standard' of log. good option for managed log ingestion and analysis

What do you like best? I like their flexible approach to parse fields out of log entries, kind of like linux pipes, to allow you concatenate multiple extraction rules, and aggregate options What do you dislike? I've only scratched surface, but for our fairly low volume operation, the price tier is a little steep.
