Great software to parse logs and perform data analysis

What do you like best? SumoLogic is very powerful when you need it to be but also quite easy to get going with. What do you dislike? Some of the error messages aren't clear as to what is actually wrong with your query so at times you have to play around with the query. SumoLogic support is awesome though.
