Easy-to-use log management and analytics services tool

What do you like best? It is very easy to find the log data that I am looking for. And it is also very easy to create dashboard for monitoring and data analytics purposes. What do you dislike? Some of the queries for older data takes quite long to return. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Log management for many microservices. The benefit is to have one place to search for all the log information of all microservices.

Works great

What do you like best? The ability to pull information from multiple sources and method has been a great feature. What do you dislike? I'd like the alerts to be more robust. As of right now it's limited to only a few options in terms of contents it can send, specifically for email. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Overall being able to monitor systems in our organization and responding to them accordingly.

Very nice tool, especially after you take a bit of time to learn it.

What do you like best? Lots of useful features for building automated reports and monitoring. What do you dislike? Syntax took a bit (though not much) getting used to. Uploading one-off datasets is more obtuse than it needs to be. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Security Monitoring.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Production monitoring, issues analysis. Given how SUMO works it allows us to learn things we would've never realized otherwise.
