I'm Youtuber/Vlogger/Amateur filmmaker guy and Videoblocks really helps. I continue to pay for it because they've got the best material and a growing library. I've interacted with customer service a few times and they were very helpful.

I signed up for videoblocks and used it for a month and then discovered a better option. I deactivated my account and canceled the subscription but they charged me again this year. Reminds me of a gym membership that is impossible to cancel.

What do you like best about Storyblocks? The expansive library of video and stills is so helpful for any project you are working on. It is also incredibly easy to search and download what you need. Last, there are a variety of file types for each item.

DISHONEST DECEPTIVE

DISHONEST DECEPTIVE IN MY OPINION - I signed for a 7 day free trial via an email they sent me, downloaded 1 clip and they charged my card instantly for a full year. This is not honest trading and I now want my money back today. How is that a trial? I googled videoblocks scam and there are pages and pages of complaints about this. They renewed and charged my credit card without any notification whatsoever. I have called them no response. My credit card on file was even expired, but they renewed anyway- something I need to address to my bank. Now reading other reviews it seems that this is their way of doing business, unfortunately. I had purchased a one off image

I had purchased a one off image, ‘‘tis site automatically put me down for a subscription, and kept my account details without my authorization. They make it exceptionally difficult and actually IMPOSSIBLE to cancel your account. You cannot cancel account via mobile site and they ‘state’ you can only cancel via desktop, well...... This is my second year with Storyblock

This is my second year with Storyblock. They have an excellent selection of stock videos. But I am even more impressed with the customer service. I had a problem with renewal this year and they (Herman) took care of it over the phone in less than 10 minutes. Not all companies are like this. I recommend them highly.

VideoBlocks is a fabulous source

I find that VideoBlocks is a fabulous source for all types of videos. I often use the video for backgrounds to my weekly video messages to my audience/followers. I love the 'members selection' as the videos are included in my nominal subscription. And if I need to pay for a video (which I do from time to time) then the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend VideoBlocks
