Tifara at storyblocks made my experience great, I am new to storyblocks and some sights have no human interaction, but Tifara was exemplary, she gave exceptional care for me the customer and her service was outstanding, because of her, I will always use storyblocks, with people like that i feel better using this service, to have real caring people working the back office and supporting the customer, it puts a huge "I love it" check mark on your brand for me, kudos to storyblocks for having ...

Quick refund issued, no problems
I recently needed to cancel a yearly subscription that I accidentally allowed to auto-renew, and they were very prompt & handled the refund right away.

Safe and reliable company
Storyblocks is a safe and reliable company. I have used their product for a year and never had any issues with the service. I recently had an hiccup with auto-renewable, but I was able to reach out to customer service and they fixed my problem in less than 12 hours!

We got a refund because when we forgot to cancel
We used Storyblocks for a month to create 50 videos and the quality was outstanding! They had every sort of video and for the price it was incredible. After we were finished, we forgot to cancel our subscription and Storyblocks refunded us for the months we didn't use the Platform. No discussion, they did it as soon as I asked. 10/10 customer service, 10/10 platform. 100% recommended over Shutterstock and every other platform out there!

They're so helpful!
I use Storyblocks for the music on my YouTube videos. And, whenever a copyright claim comes up, they are the BEST at getting them claims cleared up very quickly! I really appreciate that they handle it for me (other companies do not do this). They're also very friendly and ready to assist me whenever I ask for their help.
