Franco was fantastic. I only use the audio block portions from your site for our radio station bumpers and ID's. He was able to get me back to the audio fee which is very manageable for us on budgets. Thanks for all of the help......

Simply amazing customer service!

Simply amazing customer service. I accidentally purchased the yearly subscription instead of the monthly. Within 15 minutes of sending an email, my issue was resolved. I can't say I've ever had such an experience before. Thank you Storyblocks :)

I accidentally purchased the yearly subscription instead of monthly subscription after contacting customer support I got a reply from Austin the same day and he was able to amend and refund the yearly payment and swap me to monthly. Customer service was awesome I couldn’t speak more highly about the professionalism & swiftness of the CS team. 5 stars

Really appreciate that Storyblocks was willing to immediately refund me for a second account without any questions which we inadvertently had made. It's not easy to find companies who are this honest these days.
