Sublime service

I wanted to cancel my subscription, but it was already automatically paid for. Fast, friendly answer from the helpdesk, with the notification that they refunded my money. Thanks Franco from StoryBlocks! Furthermore, platform itself is good, a lot of footage and options. Reason why i wanted to cancel the subscription is because i stopped doing the thing i needed any footage for.

Franco is THE BEST with resolving concerns!

I am on an extreme time crunch to produce a video, and jumped at the $25/month subscription opportunity I saw on Storyblock's page. I clicked "Checkout" faster than I ever should have, because only in that split second between my click and the page refreshing to show the transaction's completion did I see that it was billed at $300 per YEAR. I panicked, but it was TOO LATE!! I'd been charged!!! I immediately shot off a desperate email to Storyblocks, explaining the tale of my tragic ...
