Storyblocks is a wonderful site filled with great resources for those who create content to either present to others or for the sheer joy of it. Customer service is great too! I recently mistakenly overbought a product and requested a refund which was done without any problems!

StoryBlocks Is a JOKE
StoryBlocks staff are bullies and have perfected the art of Entrapment. They get you to sign up for the individual License cause thats all you need but they begin bombarding your inbox with passive aggressive suggestions to UPGRADE to their PREMIUM LICENSE and when you tell them you only need the standard/Individual License, they begin making passive aggressive comments about lawsuits and suggest you get a lawyer involved. Bad payment practises
Bad payment practises. Very expensive too. Pushing you towards more expensive options all the time during payment process. Autoselects expensive options you haven't clicked on making it easy to pay for something you don't want. No/late response to emails.

"Fabulous depth of stock videos, images, and audio, easy to find just about anything you need"
What do you like best about Storyblocks? I like the vast collection of stock videos, and also how well things are tagged/organized. In the past year, they have made amazing strides in providing more diversity in the stock videos/images.
