I'm very disappointed

I'm very disappointed. I keep getting copyright claims. I have access through a Storyblocks API Partner, but every time I use their track I have issues. I contacted Storyblocks and no one seem to understand what was going on ...Days waiting and in the end I had no alternative , but had to re edit the video wasting more precious time ...Just go with YOUTUBE AUDIO LIBRARY. You ll avoid a FEW HEADACHES!

Story Blocks has been a Phenomenally useful tool. They're product is fantastic. They're customer service is even better. I spent over 32 yrs in the restaurant industry and these guys are doing it right. Especially hands down They're representative Jason is 100% top notch. If you want a great product with a great team I truly reccomend Story Blocks.

Customer Service Is Outstanding!

After realizing that I had forgotten to cancel my auto-renewal for my Storyblocks account, my credit card was hit with a $240 payment. I contacted support and told them I could not financially afford this payment and needed a refund. I received a response within a couple of hours and was told that while they ordinarily do not give refunds if a customer did not make active attempts to cancel the auto-renewal, they checked with a supervisor who allowed a one-time refund. What do you like best about Storyblocks? I always love checking Storyblocks for overlays. They have such a great selection and they are super easy to use as well.

A Diffucult Experience

A Diffucult Experience, But Great In Resources! I found Storyblocks very helpful at first when finding resources for my videos and footage to use, but the website for downloading all this stuff is so slow (tested my computer and wifi, and its nothing with that) and the high prices are definitely gonna keep me off this service in this future

Really suspicious company.

Really suspicious company. They are very secretive about their pricing and only reveal the cost, once they have harvested your email address. I tried getting their prices for about a week but was not able to receive the information. Their "support" is slow and downright refuses to disclose their pricing. They also refuse to publish the information online. They might have good or excellent products, but their unethical secrecy about pricing raises ALL the warning signs. Of course, I have ...

Great customer service!

I had issues on their website due to the pricing changing all of a sudden. I contacted their customer service and they quickly fixed the issue and compensated me. Everything works now.

Try canceling your subscription. HAHA they tell you to go to the cancel plan link but guess what, it does not exist! only link there, is renew plan and cannot contact anybody???
