Disappearing tokens when subscription paused

I had several accumulated video tokens that I hadn't used that I had paid for over 2 months. Seeing as I had so many to use, I paused my subscription so I could wait until my next project, use up my tokens then restart my subscription. However, when I went back on to my account to use my tokens, they had all gone. When I contacted customer service, their response was "I see that your subscription recently ended on April 19, 2022. Excellent Support Team at StoryBlocks

The Support team for StoryBlocks is excellent. I had a recent question about my subscription and it was resolved quickly and gracefully. I have always been impressed with them, always helpful, and their ethos is to provide excellent customer service and they truly do. And of course the StoryBlocks product is fantastic too :-)

They have a great customer service

They have a great selection of content and is the library any video editor could find useful. Cost is also fair but the best thing is their customer service. They understand their customer and gives prompt, reliable and relevant help whether its a technical concern or billing. I've been using Storyblocks everytime I have a project and can proudly recommend them.

What do you like best about Storyblocks? I'm a video editor, so I'm constantly in need of stock footage. Before Storyblocks, I had to piece it together from a variety of sites and it got very expensive. Storyblocks offers a huge library of stuff, I can usually find a good variety of shots to match what I need, all for a pretty low yearly rate. I'm able to download hundreds of clips for the same price I used to pay for 3. Very highly recommended.

What do you like best about Storyblocks? EVERYTHING! But if I had to choose one, I'd pick the videos, especially the video maker, it is very helpful and lifesaving when there's something that comes at the last minute.
