What do you like best about Storyblocks? I love how much of a complete variety Storyblocks has as far as video. Sometimes I'll search for something that seems like a long shot of getting any search results and am pleasantly surprised most of the time.

Search function needs upgrading

Great platform but the search function is broken. Type Santorini (nothing shows up) but type santorini & greece and a lot of footage will. Makes no sense! I have to use google to search storyblocks

Great Footage, even better support

I've been using StoryBlocks for a few months now and never felt like I was missing anything when it came to video-stock-footage. New clips are constantly being added and the quality is simply outstanding. Unfortunately, when my monthly subscription was automatically renewed because I forgot to cancel it, I wrote to support in the chat and asked if I could possibly get a refund for this mishap. Although the "response time" was given as 24 hours, I received a answer from Jason after less than ...

In general no impressive at all

Support is ok, but not all that. Everybody saying fantastic - but i still takes them more than 14 hours for them to answer (i am central european time) Their small plans are not really good. Other stocks allows you to roll-over - meaning you pay for 5-10-20 downloads per month, and if you dont use them, you can use them the month after . storyblocks dont do that - PLEASE be aware of that as a small company I can not recomend to use them . there is a lot better options
