StoryBlocks customer support is a 5⭐️ star operation. My recent experience was updating my billing information because my credit card needed to be updated. Franco was able to rebill me so I could continue the service.

Issue was quickly resolved!
I've got an offer email from Storyblocks but had some issue to use the offer. I reached out to Storyblocks and they provided instruction promptly. After several quick communications, it was all set and I was able to take the offer as they advertised. I'm a happy customer!

I had accidentally subscribed for a…
I had accidentally subscribed for a year rather than the monthly payments and wiped my bank account out. As a mother of 3 teens this was a scary experience. Franco was so helpful and got me switched to monthly right away and issued me a refund. I am so thankful for the quick, easy transaction.
