Amazing customer service
I've been using Storyblocks for many years but had to cancel the subscription due to some change around the business. Franco assisted me resolving my issue with requesting a refund which went ever so smoothly on online chat. Thank you so much for you help today!

Great experience, solved my problem!
I had a great experience with Storyblocks Support, communication with the team and the willingness to help, were critical points. The situation we faced was a little complicated but the team managed to guide me, explain everything, and after all solve the problem for me. Once again, I appreciate all the help, especially for the case agent, Franco.

Exactly what I needed
Firstly the footage is great. I found exactly what I required and I'm sure that will continue to be the case. When I needed some help, my problem, totally my fault, was quickly sorted. Highly recommended.

This is such a great company
This is such a great company. Great product and absolutely amazing customer service. I had a payment issue (my fault) and they immediately sorted it out for me.

I made a mistake, but they showed me grace
I accidentally made a second account, and failed to cancel my subscription to that account once I was done with my video projects. I reached out, and they were able to refund me for the months I did not use this service. I made the mistake, and they could have easily said "tough," but they showed me grace and I greatly appreciate it!

Storyblocks is fantastic
Storyblocks is fantastic. Can't say enough good about this plugin but also their service. Franco and Beau have both been so helpful every step of the way.
