Effective software and the best customer service.

What do you like best? Customer service and attention to our account - they're always incredibly responsive to any changes in our account, especially ads that don't get approved. I can always expect an email from them following up on disapproved ads to get it resolved quickly. Ads are typically approved and live on the same day, if not sooner. What do you like best? Jason and Jacob are the best partners I've worked with. From ad-hoc reporting requests to campaign set-up, they've done everything they can to help us take care of our clients to the point where the clients have praised them specifically. What do you like best? My account executive and platform specialist are very communicative both via email and phone. They help guide me on everything from strategy, targeting, and tactics to optimizations throughout the campaign. The Creative Studio has been easy to work with and understood exactly what we were looking for on the first attempt. What do you like best? Our reps are super helpful with campaign strategy and day to day communication. We receive platform updates to new audience sets, creative opportunities, etc which help nurture our current / future clients.
