What do you like best? I like their quick response time. They provide their partners with a lot of information that is very beneficial to the campaign success. We've worked together on multiple campaigns and they've always given us a dedicated account person who is always there when we need them. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The flexibility of the platform and their customer service and support. What do you dislike? I would like to see more locations or sites where the ads will be displayed prior to the ads serving. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We needed a programmatic ad network and we have achieved goals for all of our clients through their platform using all of the components, including Connected TV.

StackAdapt combines my favorite features from Google Ads, Facebook, and Xandr into one platform!

What do you like best? Usability. Lookalikes. Quality placements. Customer service. What do you dislike? We haven't had any issues to date on the platform. Loving it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being able to build lookalikes with the pixel integration from actual customers is providing tremendous value. Furthermore, the creative and success teams check in weekly, give us new ideas, and help us make the most of the platform.

What do you like best? I really appreciate the breadth of data available in their platform. I am able to confidently find all the audiences we target and add those audiences to our campaigns with ease. The platform is well-designed in a way that makes me feel comfortable without intimidation. That's really important because it allows me to launch and optimize campaigns efficiently.
