What do you like best? I love integrated ads manager which helps you to create ads and reports at one place in a much simpler way. It’s easy to use and learn. Sprinklr team is very helpful and quick to assist with any issues. Custom metrics helps you in tracking your KPIs effectively across social media platforms.

"More than a social media management tool."
What do you like best? The tool allows for us to manage multiple social media accounts across the enterprise. We can easily respond to inbound messages. Additionally, the ability to apply governance approvals with our Legal department is very beneficial. Additionally, the Asset Manager has proven value by creating a repository where we can maintain our creative assets to use for campaigns now and again in the future.

What do you like best? Sprinklr is my daily tool at work. I work on social media contacts from various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. It provides me insights on how productive, efficient I am. Very useful for analytical purposes, to analyse trends in social media and respond to users accordingly. Overall, a very smooth and joyful experience with the tool so far! I like the Dark Mode, because it reduces pain tp eyes while working and makes an agent productive and efficient
