What do you like best? I love the easy accessibility of assets and publishing tools. The preview feature is also helpful, as well as the link shortener. I love the reporting access. Even better that you can customise your widgets to limit it to the information that you need.

What do you like best? I love the dashboards, tops themes of discussion, and insights that are available. This has helped us as a team see where we are. The reporting is also very helpful for us to see what channels are trending and the volume distribution breakdown.

What do you like best? I like that there is the ability to connect multiple social media platforms. It's been so handy to be able to see everything at once when planning for future social posts. It has also been very helpful to have a compliance workflow built in as that allows us to track where things are in the pipeline, and also for our compliance officers to keep track of approvals at the end of the year.
