"Good basics but nowhere near enough for the price & support was lacking"

What do you like best? I like the reporting feature and the community moderation. We have quite a few social channels and rely heavily on our moderators to respond to users. Sprinklr makes this fairly easy and there are great options to set up keyword alerts and manage permissions.
