I really like Sprinklr's reporting system -- as a Paid Social performance associate, pulling performance from multiple platforms can be daunting and inefficient in terms of time spent. Sprinklr makes it easy to pull all metrics and performance across multiple channels, and build reporting dashboards to easily asses performance across the board. "A Bird´s Eye view of all your social media touchpoints"
What do you like best? The possibility to navigate the information, investigating from a macro view to the specific detail you need to know. Also, custom metrics make exporting to spreadsheets a thing of the past. You can work your data inside the platform.

What do you like best? The interface of Sprinklr is nice. I like how streamlined it looks when logging in. It's easy to get to all my pages. I like that I don't have to open a million separate tabs now.
