What do you like best? I love the way this software parses out the social media posts from our patients and allows us to quickly assign and route them as appropriate. This is light years ahead of trying to do this all manually.

What do you like best? It's very easy to reply to comments and put them in their designated column. I also love the Search tool for digging up comments and users; super helpful when the client is looking for something specific.
