"Sprinklr Engagement is Amazing"

What do you like best? This tool provides a central location for our Consumer Relations team to respond to our consumers quickly. We utilize the tool for multiple brands, so being able to respond to all brand social consumers in one place is key! Through reporting we have the ability to track our number of consumer conversations, track SLA to ensure we are responding in an timely manner.

What do you like best? I love that there can be 100's of users all collaborating on the same thing. But, truth be told, that's what also adds to the clunkyness. Often times the system just lags when going between tabs.

What do you like best? I really like using Sprinklr. I use it for work to preschedule social post content and our CX teams use it to deal with replies in DMs/Comments and brand term hashtags. Overall, the tool has a lot of great functions and the more you play around with it, the easier it is to navigate. I've been using it for almost 2 years now and any issues I have I can get resolved quickly with support.

What do you like best? I love how the rates and data is all realtime, I can see progress even thought the day! I also like seeing realtime interaction between consumers and our social media content! I also like the features that are available for engagement. You can like, hide, reply all in one spot. Makes it super easy to make sure that all comments are addressed, which in turn, affects engagement!

It provides straightforward tools i.e scheduling posts, account management, and engagement sections. I've used other platforms and I find Sprinklr has a better user-friendly interface. What do you like best? I really enjoy that it has everything you'd need to run full service for social. From listening dashboards, community engagement dashboards, and reporting you're able to have a full picture of your brand (as well as others) to run your social media successfully.
