What do you like best? I like the back end interface. It's easy to add and change the keywords used for social listening. The front-end visualisation is very easy to set up in a dashboard. It makes it very easy tocreate changes on the fly which is often necessary with clients. From using other social listening platforms, I've found the back end set-up to be much easier to use.
