What do you like best? I think that our social media team is able to utilize Sprinklr in order to schedule social media posts months in advance. It's also a great tool for engagement. We can geo-target a market and pull mentions of our brand from social media user's profiles and engage accordingly! I also love that it is so easy to see daily, weekly or monthly reports on how these scheduled posts or engaging comments preform.
