Splashtop Has been Great

What do you like best? It's very reliable when I need to access my work computer from home. It's so easy to use and set up. What do you dislike? I haven't had any issues with splashtop besides internet connection issues, which has nothing to do with Splashtop. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I haven't had any issues that needed resolving.

Great Product

What do you like best? I can access our church sanctuary computer from my laptop. I can make changes to our church's presentation software from home. I can also access videos and backgrounds from my laptop. What do you dislike? There is nothing to dislike. Splashtop works perfectly. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I've changed portions of our Sunday worship set and announcements from home and while on vacation.

Great remote support software for a fair price.

What do you like best? The features such as creating customized deployment packages that customers can download directly without having me walk them through the process. What do you dislike? Not sure if you can reboot into Safe Mode and control the desktop yet. This software saved my business and changing from Logmein was easier than expected

What do you like best? The low cost was the best option initially, but as it's improved in performance, reliability and features over the years I've used it, I can say I'm much happier with the product than I ever was with Logmein What do you dislike? True Dual Monitor support is now an extra cost option, but I can live without that, or pay extra if I want it. What do you like best? Splashtop was priced right, installation was completed with ease and the application has worked seamlessly since we purchased it. What do you dislike? WAY better than TeamViewer

What do you like best? The price is great for the value. I love that it just works - I haven't had to diagnose any connectivity issues. Other programs *cough - teamviewer - cough* had problems on wifi connections and other silly things. What do you dislike? Responsive and Intuitive

What do you like best? There is seemingly no response delay when using the mouse or keyboard. The input immediately responds and you forget that you're on a remote program. The wake options are very useful, too. I was fearful that my co-workers would need to reboot my PC but the program allows you to remote reboot and wake. What do you dislike? Great Solution for Easy Access

What do you like best? I love the fact that I can access my computer from anywhere either by IPhone, IPad, Laptop. I started with another software, but kept getting threatening messages that if I didn't pay the over costly amount they would deny me access.
