What do you like best? Splashtop Business Access is easy to use and you can customize the client that has to be installed on a customer site or on a computer that you want to control remotely. The price/month is truly astonishing compared to other products in the remote category. What do you dislike? Great Product at a great price

What do you like best? I switched my remote clients over to Splashtop about two months ago and couldn't be any happier. I love that you can completely minimize/hide the your screen and only see your host's screen. The cost is the biggest selling point, but after 3 days of the 7 day trial I was sold because of the previous feature and seamless transition to using Splashtop. A flawless replacement for a far more expensive service.

What do you like best? Replaced GoToMyPC with Splashtop and saved 50%. The performance is as good if not better and the interface is more sensible. What do you dislike? I mean the whole process is really just seamless, you open up splashtop... tell the customer to get a code and repeat it back to you... plug the code in and boom, you're into their computer easy peasy What do you dislike? I found that sometimes, maybe either due to an internet issue on the Client's end but the splashtop streamer will not open at all and the remedy to this issue that works *most* of the time is to restart the computer thats having trouble... ...

Excellent alternative to LMI or TeamViewer

What do you like best? Access to multiple computers by one user What do you dislike? Unable to use file transfer utility during an existing remote session. Recommendations to others considering the product: It is worth the purchase. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am able to access multiple unattended computers. i am therefore able to review their accounting information without having to schedule a specific time.

Splashtop Is Awesome!

What do you like best? Splashtop has helped me tremendously manage my business on the go. I can now do my clients ‘ work anywhere and anytime. It’s so convenient and easy to use. What do you dislike? I haven’t had any bad experiences with Splashtop. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I no longer have to sit in my office and manage my business, I can take my business with me anywhere, even on vacation.

What do you like best? Incredibly easy to use. The link share function to send to someone who you need to remote access is so simple. What do you dislike?
