What do you like best? I love how easy it is to use. Once you have logged in, one button gets you what you want to see. Previous App had 3-5 steps and that was difficult for some to learn. What do you dislike? I don;t have anything yet that I dislike. Possibly create a mini manual on all we can do would be helpful. What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? I had gotomypc, but dumped them when I found spashtop. It does everything I need and more. What do you dislike? Nothing to dislike! It's a truly awesome product! Good value, good product and good customer service

What do you like best? Splashtop enables quick access to my desktop when working remotely on a laptop. It has been easy to contact helpful customer service. Splashtop is excellent value compared to Logmein used previously. My desktop has two monitors and Splashtop gives the option of switching between the monitors or showing both side by side on one screen. What do you dislike? Terrific low cost small business solution

What do you like best? This has all the functions I need for managing my remote employees at a low cost which is perfect for my small business. The ability to share a link to get a user hooked up is fantastic and very simole to use. Connectivity is great. No issues so far What do you dislike? Really no negatives about this product. What do you like best? The ease of access for me and the price! We had gotomypc before and it was always painful trying to log and not to mention the price was through the roof! What do you dislike?
