Quick and Easy Remote Access

What do you like best? Splashtop is easy to install and link to my account. Once installed, the software does not place an undue burden on the target system. When active, it is very responsive and easy to use. The ability to allow the person using the system to see what is going on and/or explain things via the chat is extremely helpful. What do you like best? I was looking for a better cost point for a remote access software solution. Logmein became too expensive. I looked at reviews and gained confidence that Splashtop is a sound secure solution with an amazing price point. I made the switch and not only did it save me money, I like the software and ease of use much better than logmein for what I need. What do you like best? The management console is easier to use than GoToMyPC. Also, being able to mirror my dual monitors at home. What do you dislike? The install process seems backward.
