Fantastic support and communication
What do you like best? I love how much feedback they are open to from their customers. They really care about building out the knowledge base, and are always open to hearing any of my thoughts on how it could be better. They actively make changes I request! What do you dislike? Just that it's still a bit limited for what we need, but they are making lots of changes and updates. Much easier ramp than I was expecting
What do you like best? I immediately learned some things about Salesforce I didn't yet know (although I've used it for years. It was also easy to get Speks built out and live right away. Simplifies Salesforce training for my team
What do you like best? I am beyond impressed by this product and team. Two brilliant founders that have built the most user-friendly tool that has changed the way my team and I communicate and operate within our CRM.
