What do you like best? All the content is at the users' fingertips What do you dislike? I can't create content fast enough to keep up with users' demand What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Hour long training session recordings are not a good resource for someone to refer to for a quick answer. What do you like best? Spekit is amazing! The ability to add details to not only a field within Salesforce, but each and every picklist value is amazing. We have a lot of automations triggered based on statuses and this is going to be super helpful in the ongoing staff training. I love that you can embed videos & gifs as well. It's cool, but overpriced in my opinion.

What do you like best? Extremely flexible. Lets us do things we wouldn't be able to otherwise and is pretty easy to use. What do you dislike? It looks a little funny on the screen. Knowledge sharing made simple

What do you like best? I can easily update my team on new processes right from my browser. For processes or emails that are often repeated, I now have direct access to the information I need. I can get way more done in a shorter amount of time! I am also able to hold team members accountable for new processes because they are easily accessible. What do you dislike? They really care about building out the knowledge base, and are always open to hearing any of my thoughts on how it could be better. They actively make changes I request! What do you dislike?
