I signed up for a trial and support helped me upgrade since the website was broken

I signed up for a trial and found that I couldn't download my file until I became paid in about 4 days, but I needed the file right then for a project. The website was broken and so I couldn't upgrade on the spot and I asked support if they could upgrade me and a super helpful support staff member named Mozzamil helped me out and got me the invoice so I didn't have to wait. I used Speechify for listening to study papers

I used Speechify for listening to books/articles out loud which really helped me stay focused and retain the information. I have started studying and was counting on using it for readings. Unfortunately I ran i to an issue where a 2 column book was read straight through both columns so illegible. I reached out and Ian was a big help in instructing me how to change the settings so it would read it in columns. I’m very happy with the result.

With in minutes mozzamil had my issues fixed. And now I’m on my way to be a Speechify happy happy customer

great customer service by Nikki - she helped me with a lot of prompts and was super receptive. I am not really happy with paying 12 months upfront and i think that despite setting the speed to eg. 1.8 you get the full speed benefit as the chrome plug in does a poor job at buffering. Eg. you listen to a sentence in 1.8x speed and then wait 2 sec for the next one to load.

Was charge the yearly subscription after attempting to cancel, spoke with Sheila, and she was fantastic at understanding. Got me a full refund after.

I reached out and their team got back to me pretty quickly and offered me a discount. I was able to have my free trial and get a discount on the year for the issue which I thought was very nice. The service itself is really helpful. I am a graduate student and I’m studying for my qualifying exams. It is really hard to get through six textbooks on my own but since the last few ...

Amazing support staff and great app

I was hesitant in subscribing to speechify but with Rohan’s help he answered all my queries. Super pleased with the customer service. The app is also amazing, as I have ADHD and doing a law degree it has made it a lot easier to get through all my readings.
