I was charged double subscription after…

I was charged double subscription after not using the product for over a year. I called and spoke Mozzamil and he was very professional and calm when I was upset. He submitted my refund with ease. I really appreciate the patience and professionalism from Mozzamil. Great product but way to expensive.

I used Speechify for listening to study papers

I used Speechify for listening to books/articles out loud which really helped me stay focused and retain the information. I have started studying and was counting on using it for readings. Unfortunately I ran i to an issue where a 2 column book was read straight through both columns so illegible. I reached out and Ian was a big help in instructing me how to change the settings so it would read it in columns. I’m very happy with the result.

I signed up for a trial and support helped me upgrade since the website was broken

I signed up for a trial and found that I couldn't download my file until I became paid in about 4 days, but I needed the file right then for a project. The website was broken and so I couldn't upgrade on the spot and I asked support if they could upgrade me and a super helpful support staff member named Mozzamil helped me out and got me the invoice so I didn't have to wait. Excellent Customer Service

Honestly, the product stopped working for me last summer about 3 weeks after I installed it. I literally forgot about it and kept moving until I saw a $139 charge to continue my Speechify subscription...that didn't work. I was irritated, and promptly contacted Speechify to request a subscription cancellation and refund. It was granted within 2 days, and Sofia, the customer service agent that was helping me was amazing. I really appreciated her help. She should be given a raise!

Great Product, Great Support

Signed up to try only to be charged an annual fee

I signed up to try the product for a minute and cancel but they charged an annual fee! I immediately tried to contact - via an app (no response), via website chat (no response), I linked my conversation to the Whatsapp and I got a template answer offering a discount! A minute later they did not answer anything anymore (I got automated message that the person went away and will be back in 3 hour!). They have yet to write me back anything at all. I am well within full refund by their own ...

The absolute best staff I have ever seen. The customer service is amazing and always got immediate response. I want to say a big thank you to Christina Ha ha, thank you bye-bye I love you too from Speechify and Ian.
