Awesome Customer Service Experience

Aside me enjoying the useful functionalities of the app, I must say that my customer service experience I had with one of their teams, precisely Lovella was highly remarkable. So I had a technical issue with billing, but for the speed and alacrity with which I was given the needed assistance cannot go unnoticed. I say Kudos to your team, and keep the good work.

Making Reading Fun again

It's an awesome app. I can read documents on the go, and I also noticed that my focus time increases when I read big documents using the app. Multiple customizations, like listening speed and types of voices, make the experience even better. I highly recommend this app.

Best app

I’ve been using the Speechify app for a while now, and I must say it’s fantastic. The best quality of this app is its user-friendly interface, making it incredibly easy to navigate and use. Additionally, the customer service is awesome. I had an issue recently, and Mr.Mozzamil was a tremendous help during my support call. He was patient, knowledgeable, and resolved my problem quickly. Thank you, Specify team, for such a great experience!

Easy subscription cancellation

Jerylle reached out and was able to find my account and cancel my subscription. I no longer needed it after school so I appreciate their transparency and promptness.

Using speechify on multiple devices

I had some issues with my subscription. I wrote a question to speechify. I got a message from the chatbox straight back. He ask me if I would like to speak to a person and that it could be done via WhatsApp. Agent Mr Poonam help me with with details they needed and within the same day my problems were solved. Thanks speechify.

When in contact with customer support, I was put through to Sofia and had a very efficient conversation. My issue was dealt with by the end of the day.

Really bad service. Dark pattern when you subscribe. Pay attention to the fake free trial that disappear when you take a monthly sub.

Deceptive business model - Lost trust in Speechify

I signed up for the free trial of Speechify and thoroughly enjoyed it. I found it incredibly useful for reading papers for university and it significantly boosted my productivity. However, I canceled the free trial because I did not want my membership to auto-renew for a year. My intention was to subscribe to the monthly plan after the trial. Easy to use and a very good developed…

Easy to use and a very good developed Programm for text to speech applications. One of the best programs out there with almost natural speechers. Maybe there could be a function where you can adjust your subscriptions but overall a top experience. Also a great service from Sofia via E-Mail communication, she was quick and very helpful, thank you!
