Customer service person (Rizzalyn) was so responsive, so helpful, and so conscientious about following up and making sure that everything worked out. I was really, really grateful.

Scummy dark pattern, crashing app

Their website mentioned a 3 day free trial, but it only applies to yearly subscriptions, which is quite tricky. If you opt in for a monthly subscription your card instantly gets charged for no less than 27 euros. And the worst part is that after around 35 seconds the app just crashes.

Fast resolution and quick response to small issue. Lovely communication when I was honestly expecting a fight. I liked the app, Snoop Dog is a selling point! Sadly I personally couldn’t afford it when annual charge came, my issue I know but service was great and refund processed very fast. Give that agent a raise for having to deal with people like me.
