It is a great help for being able to deal with readings at the moment when it is too complicated to concentrate on reading self. Customer service helped me more than a few times as I made a complicated situation by mixing up different accounts, payments and other things, I was not even sure what the thing I did myself and each time I had fast and concrete answers or specific help from here side to solve my issues. Thank you!

Responsive Service Team

Customer service was responsive and kind. I am impressed with Rizzalyn’s level of professionalism and quick response time. I find the app useful but too expensive for a year due to the fact that there is no windows app. They offered a discount or a full refund when I asked to cancel after the trial. I am grateful it was such a seamless experience.

Great customer support

I have messed up the trial period, as I have selected the monthly payment instead of yearly. Sofia was very kind to my complaining and I got the refund. So feel free to try the product without a risk! It is working well, however I was looking for a more featured product, it looks that I expect to much from AI.

It works decently well to read long academic papers or textbooks despite the minor text recognition errors (skipping some lines, misread some alphabets, etc.) Recommend to those who need to read a lot!

Resolved my problem to my satisfaction

I am very pleased with the outcome of my interaction with Speechify. My nephew bought a monthly subscription to Text-to-Speech, but soon realized the features he wanted were in AI Studio. Sofia helped me get a refund of my nephew's subscription so he could upgrade to the product he wanted. The only reason I don't give five stars is that using the WhatsApp chat took several days of back and forth for the problem to be solved.

Nikki was a phenomenal help

Nikki was a phenomenal help! I didn’t realize they had a word limit, even if you have premium, and I hit that. But she gave me a few thousand more words after I asked and so I’m not stuck with the free default voice, which is great because I’m a big fan of the premium ones! I hope if I ever hit that word limit again within a month, they would be just as helpful in assisting with getting some extra words, great help from the team
