I did have some issues while trying to purchase the premium version but Christian was super helpful. He was quick to respond and assisted me with setting it up smoothly. These guys are just wonderful, the product helps me more than i ever thought it would. I read far more now than i ever did, and with ease without getting exhausted. It has enabled me to carry on learning and interacting with things i was struggling with. If you have any trouble for any reason with reading for long periods, then this is a lifesaver.
