I had to contact Speechify about a refund, and Rohan was super helpful and responsive to my questions. He was very respectful and attentive to my questions and very kind as well. He got to the bottom of what I needed help with and I'm so thankful! It is clear he cares about his job and customers!

Unfortunately, there were some technicalities when it came to my speechify account. Luckily, they have a great team that was able to help me through the whole process. I would like to personally thank Nikki for making the experience easier for everyone and for being so accommodating.

What I like from this apps. Is that their agents are 24 hours in assistance. Prompt reply. And if you are not able to reply, they will continue to follow up your inquiries.

I used Speechify free trial but then was charged for a yearly subscription I did not order. Ian helped me out, made sure I was refunded (it super fast), offered my some discounts and was there through all the process. Should I need text to speech app for longer, I will definietly return to Speechify!
